SARAH WINS GOLD AT JUNIOR NATIONALS

Congratulations to all the Box Hill athletes who competed so well at the national junior track and field championships in Perth. There were many outstanding performances.

Sarah Billings won an exciting U20 800m to take the national title.

Tom Selwood, Matt Harcourt and Dalton Di Medio all won silver medals, while Nana Owusu-Afriyie and Molly McCarthy won bronze. Sarah Billings teamed up with Georgia Hansen to help Victoria to a silver medal in the U20 4x400m

GEORGIA RUNS THIRD IN PERTH

Georgia Griffith put in a good run in the 800m at the Perth Track Classic. Georgia finished 3^rd in the 800m in a time of 2:05.38

 

 

XCR’16 IS COMING!

The 2016 cross country and road racing season (XCR’16) is less than 5 weeks away. The winter season will commence with the Club 5k handicap on April 9 and then the Jells Park cross country relays on April 16.
