Round 5 of the XCR’16 season will be held at Bundoora Park on Saturday week, June 18. The day starts with the Victorian All Schools Championships in the morning, followed by the men’s and women’s under 20 and then open races in the afternoon. This will be the selection trial for the national championships. Both open men and women will race over 10km this year.
Box Hill will need to supply 3 volunteer helpers on this day. If you can help out, particularly for the morning session, please let us know.

COME INSIDE WHERE IT IS WARM!
It can be tough training on these cold winter nights, but it can also be very cold waiting around for your son, daughter or significant other. Next week we plan to open the upstairs club room so that you can wait in the warmth. If you see the lights are on, please feel free to come upstairs where you can watch training in relative comfort.
