RHYS AND NATHAN IN FORM AT MELBOURNE WORLD CHALLENGE
Congratulations to Adelaide based Box Hill member, Rhys Jones, who has been in stunning form recently. After recording a 3.5 second PB in Adelaide two weeks ago, Rhys knocked another 2 seconds off his 1500m time, to record 3:42.42 in the Melbourne World Challenge event on Saturday night.
It has also been good to see another Box Hill member, Nathan Brill, return to form this year after a long injury layoff. Nathan finished 4th in the 5000m walk with a time of 20:15:78.
JUNIOR NATIONALS
Good luck to all the Box Hill athletes competing in Perth at the national junior championships this week. We are sure that our talented and hardworking juniors will perform well over in the west.
